The app guides you step by step through the entire use-case discovery process

To support teams throughout the process we developed the App. It includes the full experience from Ideation with the 28 pattern cards, Evaluation with different evaluation criteria, the joint selection and the AI assisted definition of the finally selected use case.

Step 1: Define Goals and Scope

After creating a new sprint the App will support you to define goals of the use case exploration and the scope (team, department, specific processes, etc.) so it becomes clear for all involved which area should be improved by AI.

Those 28 pattern help you to have 360 degree perspective and cover 95% of all use cases out there.

Step 3: Evaluate and select

Evaluate and select the best use case for your scope and goals.

Select between different scoring models and define your own criteria.

And scoring can be done as a team scoring or just alone by the sprint owner.

Step 4: Define your Use Case

Supported by an AI assistant you can now specify and define the use case in detail.

Our carefully developed canvas is a structured way to design the use case considering all important aspects.

Including the business case, technology, risks and partners.

Step 5: Implementation Strategy

In the last step you and your team define the implementation strategy for the use case.

Including the governance, team, rollout process and next steps.
